As Founder & Principal of Integrity Solutions Group, Arthur has spent more than a decade helping small-to-mid-size businesses grow with confidence. His innovative approach to operations, marketing, and revenue strategies empowers entrepreneurs and organizations to not only succeed but thrive with balance—accomplishing more with less, and from a place of rest.
Arthur previously served as the founding Director of Mission Investing and Entrepreneurial Ecosystems at The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven, where he designed and launched an $11M strategy to strengthen local ventures and build one of the nation’s most equitable entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Through NHE3—a bold partnership with the State of Connecticut, the City of New Haven, and leading nonprofits, universities, and financial institutions—Arthur helped ensure that historically marginalized entrepreneurs gained access to the resources, networks, and capital needed to launch, grow, and scale.
This work, which Arthur conceived and led from the ground up, exemplifies his ability to turn vision into action. At the heart of his leadership is a deep commitment to equity and trust—ensuring communities are not only included in opportunity but positioned to own it.

Education & Faith
A graduate of Cornell University and Yale Divinity School, Arthur blends rigorous business acumen with deep spiritual grounding. At Yale, he founded Divinnovation in partnership with Tsai CITY, equipping entrepreneurs and community leaders to drive sustainable change.
He also serves as an Associate Minister at Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church, encouraging people to walk in their victory now by aligning their unique strengths with purpose. He is also a board member of the church’s CDC (community development corporation) called Inextricably Bound.
Service & Community Impact
Arthur is the Founder of the Divine Grace Foundation (DGF), which champions education, healthcare, workforce development, and financial literacy in underserved communities. Through this work, DGF seeks to break cycles of inequity while reminding people that true wealth is not only in wisdom, but in recognizing that they are fearfully and wonderfully made—endowed with gifts, talents, and assets designed to create lasting impact and fulfillment.
He has also served as a judge for Yale’s Civic Innovation Pitch Competition, Yale Innovation Summit, and The University of Bridgeport Pitch Competition, and as a Fellow at Yale’s Timothy Dwight Hall. In every space he enters, Arthur carries forward his commitment to building people, organizations, and communities with clarity, purpose, and integrity.
